Dancing Light Required Reading for Converse College Course

96-year-old Yoga Master Tao Porchon-Lynch’s autobiography, Dancing Light: The Spiritual Side of Being Through the Eyes of a Modern Yoga Master, is being used as required reading in the “Women’s Wellness & Yoga” course at Converse College in South Carolina. Psychology professor Janet Lefrancois requested to use it even before it was published! The other two required books are from Geeta Iyengar and Patricia Walden.

The students received a preview manuscript and became early readers offering their comments on the story. Tao was so touched she offered a thank you to the professor and the students for being the FIRST college class to study Tao’s life and philosophy. Tao is certainly worthy of study!! Watch the thank you video…
