1. What if my sale does not go through?
First, check your credit card number, security code, expiration date and name on the card. It is also important that the zip/postal code is correct. Second, check your balance. 2. How are shipping rates determined and how long does it take?
Shipping rates depend on the weight/size of the items and location. We use U.S. Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail which have the lowest rates.  Shipping times are generally as follows:

United States:
U.S. Postal Priority Mail (2 to 5 Business Days)

Outside of United States:
U.S. Postal Priority Mail International (7 to 12 Business Days)
U.S. Postal Priority Mail Express International (3 to 7 Business Days)

International shipping regulations vary depending on location. Please check for your individual country.
