November 13, 2016–98-year-old yoga master Tao Porchon-Lynch is embracing new technology and did her first Facebook Live Chat with Dr. Deepak Chopra from his apartment in New York. It was an inspirational lovefest. The conversation drew over 159,000 views, almost 5,000 likes, over 2,000 shares, and thousands of comments from around the world.
The mutual admiration and energy between Deepak and Tao was palpable. They talked about a variety of topics from how Tao knew the great sage Sri Aurobindo and marched with Mahatma Gandhi to her philosophy on ignorance, Oneness, yoga, the power of the mind, aging, beauty, and even her advice to young models.
